We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Non-returnable items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.
European Union – 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.
The item must be unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
